Delivery time varies based on the product since our items are made to order. Please refer to the production time mentioned with each item in the shop.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government imposed charges and they vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.
Please contact us at contact[at]bureaumach.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a return authorization from Bureau Mach. In order for us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we ask that you describe the issue in detail and, if possible, provide pictures.
Items eligible for return with the original receipt and must be unused, in their original condition and include the original packaging. Any used or altered merchandise will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not offer free return shipments. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to us, plus the cost of any customs penalty fees as applicable. Orders must be returned within 15 days of the receipt date.
We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the item. We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.
You may receive a 100% store credit or an 80% refund of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition.
Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. You will be notified via email when your return is received and processed. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process the credit to your account.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements stated above and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of the packaging and the product.
Items that are custom made (due to a requested special fit or alteration) or listed under the sale section are considered a final sale. (No returns, no exchanges)
At this time, we cannot accept exchanges and apologize for the inconvenience. Please send the unwanted item back for a refund and place a new order through our online shop.
Items returned for exchange must ship in accordance with our return shipment policy stated above. The delivery cost for replacement products exchanged due to a quality or sizing issue will be waived.
Once an item goes into production we can no longer change or cancel it. If we haven’t started yet you can cancel your entire order by mailing us to firstname.lastname@example.org
