AlUla Film Campus

Phase 1

Completed in 2023

Located on the edge of the AlUla oasis, this first phase of the Film AlUla Campus introduces a purpose-built environment for large-scale film production in the Arabian desert. Conceived to support international film productions drawn to the region’s striking landscapes, the campus combines two 2,450 m² sound stages with 7,000 m² of workshops and production spaces.

The layout ensures each stage functions independently, with dedicated access and service zones, while maintaining the flexibility to scale across the campus. Delivered as a design–build collaboration with FMC Construction for the Royal Commission of AlUla, the project was completed in November 2023—marking a significant step in establishing Saudi Arabia’s creative infrastructure.
